Mr. Joseph Shreves is the VP of Operations for SPL Service, Inc. Mr. Shreves is a professional sound engineer with sixteen years of experience in sound level measurements and sound mitigation throughout the United States.

Mr. Shreves is certified by Bruel & Kjaer Instrument Corporation for sound level measurements by attending their continuing education technical seminars. Mr. Shreves is a member of ASA, ( Acoustical Society of America) , and has a current Acoustical Contractors license with the State of California, #771302.

SPL Services, Inc. has extensive experience with a wide diversity of clients. Consulting services are currently being provided to major Municipalities, Entertainment Studio's, Concert Promoters, Architectural and Engineering firms. Reference list upon request.
